When I started Queen Form Fitness, I knew I wanted it to be about more than simply leading workouts. I wanted to create spaces where people could move, connect, challenge themselves, and feel comfortable starting exactly where they are.

My partnership with Crofthouse has given me the opportunity to do just that.

Through the Crofthouse Fit Club, I’ve been able to bring fitness directly into the community and create workouts designed specifically for residents. From full-body boot camps and strength-focused sessions to my Extreme Core class, each experience is built to be challenging, welcoming, and adaptable to different fitness levels.

One of the things I appreciate most about this partnership is the opportunity to make wellness feel accessible. You don’t have to already be “in shape.” You don’t have to know every exercise. You simply have to be willing to show up and move.

And each time residents show up, bring their energy, encourage one another, and come back for another class, I’m reminded of why Queen Form Fitness exists.

Crofthouse has also been an important part of my growth as a trainer and business owner. It has allowed me to continue developing programming, build relationships within my local community, and see firsthand how fitness can bring people together.

This partnership is just one example of the kind of work I hope to continue doing through Queen Form Fitness & Wellness—partnering with residential communities, schools, organizations, businesses, and community programs to create fitness and wellness experiences that meet people where they are.

Because at Queen Form Fitness, the goal isn’t perfection.

Where You Are Is Enough. Let’s Work From There.
